The story so far...
GivingBack.tech has been set up as a self-managing website to repurpose AV equipment to good causes. Instigated by Together For Cinema founder and Managing Director, Ian Morrish, it became clear that AV equipment not being used could be repurposed. Whether it was discontinued, second-hand or B-stock, these items may have been stored in a warehouse, sat in an office or even in homes but when not used they were eventually thrown away.
With the AV industry’s support and backing, we set out to provide a structured channel that not only recycles excess AV equipment to good causes, it limits landfill and helps in meeting the United Nation's 2030 directive for Sustainable Development Goals

Together For Cinema CIC is a Community Interest Company (Company Number: 14689594) whose main focus is to work with the AV industry to design and install home cinema rooms in children’s hospices and other deserving family care locations across the UK. These rooms not only benefit the children and young adults, but also their families, carers, staff and volunteers.
Together For Cinema has comprehensive support and backing from our industry, hence all products and installation services are donated.
Quite simply Together For Cinema is a pure and unquestionable good.
