These Terms and Conditions apply to the provision of goods by Midwich Limited (“Midwich”) to the recipient charity (“Recipient”).
1. Supply of Goods
1.1 All products supplied by Midwich are provided free of charge.
1.2 All goods are supplied on a non-returnable basis.
2. Orders and Availability
2.1 Orders will be dispatched within up to 10 days from the date of placement.
2.2 While Midwich aims to maintain accurate stock information, availability is not guaranteed at the time of ordering.
2.3 A maximum of two (2) units of the same product may be ordered by the same Recipient within any four-week period.
3. Delivery and Risk
3.1 Risk in the goods passes to the Recipient upon delivery.
3.2 Midwich shall not be liable for any damage to goods occurring during shipping.
3.3 Midwich will not provide replacements for goods damaged in transit.
4. Use and Compliance
4.1 The Recipient is responsible for ensuring that all products are appropriately tested, including electrical safety testing, prior to use.
4.2 The Recipient shall use the goods in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
5. Warranties and Liability
5.1 Products are supplied without any manufacturer’s warranty.
5.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Midwich provides the goods “as is” and disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied.
5.3 Midwich shall have no liability for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use of the goods.
6. Disposal
6.1 Midwich shall have no responsibility for the disposal of any goods, including damaged or defective items.
6.2 The Recipient is solely responsible for ensuring proper and lawful disposal of goods.
7. General
7.1 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties in relation to the subject matter.
7.2 Midwich reserves the right to amend or withdraw this programme at any time
